As Project Manager, you'll handle diverse responsibilities, including property management, tenant communication, and maintenance oversight. This role requires adaptability, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of our property management portfolio.
- Primary contact for tenant communications, handling queries and concerns.
- Conduct monthly property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair work.
- Assign maintenance work orders, leveraging your maintenance/handyman background.
- Develop relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with property management regulations and standards.
- Obtain and maintain a real estate salesperson's license.
- Proficiently use property management software.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and rental agreements.
- Oversee property improvement projects.
- Flexibly manage and oversee schedules, as this position does not have fixed office hours.
- Participate in a 24/7 emergency response team for tenant support, with a bonus structure for after-hours responses.
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management or related field.
- Preferred maintenance/handyman background.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for property inspections.
- Willingness to obtain a real estate salesperson's license.
- Proficiency in relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule independently.
