Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant for LLRG Real Estate

 

Hours: 20-24 hours per week

 

Job Description:

LLRG Real Estate is seeking a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our property management division and facilitating smooth and efficient operations through a variety of administrative, clerical, tenant relations, and collections tasks. 

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the property management team, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.

- Assist in coordinating and scheduling property viewings, inspections, and meetings between clients and our team.

- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and service providers via email, phone, and in-person to support property management activities.

- Support the accounting function by assisting with invoice processing, expense tracking, and preparation of financial reports related to property management.

- Maintain and update client and property files, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials for property listings.

- Perform general office duties, including but not limited to, managing office supplies, mailing, and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.

- Take tenant calls, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions to issues to ensure tenant satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on tactful and effective communication in sensitive situations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software preferred.

- High school diploma required; further education or certification in administrative assistance or relevant field is a plus.
